Bicol Region
Waterfalls in Albay
Albay sits on the Bicol peninsula around Mayon Volcano, with Legazpi City as the main gateway and Daraga as the usual transport hub. Our listings are Busay Falls and Vera Falls, both in the Malilipot area on the volcano's lower slopes. The terrain is volcanic and the weather can turn quickly, so trails are best attempted in the dry season and early in the day. Albay is also a base for Mayon viewpoints, ATV routes and Bicol food, making the falls a natural add-on to a wider Legazpi itinerary. Confirm access after heavy rain.
